Honestly any hotel that cost less than a 100 a night these days won't be everyones top 5 star choice.which is understandable because at thàt point they have to budget and can't pamper every guest there all the time. But if the staff has a rating of their own they earned my five stars Everytime I used the rodeway and I've never been greeted by anyone who worked there poorly. I was running late getting out of there I overslept and It was completely my fault but they handled it so politely and understanding that I can only say thank you because I couldn't of been as patient as they were with me if the roles were flipped. Oh and it's the most pet friendly hotel I've seen and it is affordable so it earned my five stars it's own way ty Sabrina and the others who work there for your kindness
The room I had was better than the posted pictures I had seen but it was clean and the staff was helpful. The only problem was the guys staying down the hall were washing their clothes and standing in the hall way speaking Spanish at a very loud volume. But other than that it was a pretty good 7 day stay.
Been staying there on and off for about 3 years now. The staff here are the hardest working men and women, that I have ever met here in NC. Shout out to Rick, Mike, Sabrina, Tristan and Mark. Y'all, and the rest of the crew, are efficient and thorough. Thank you for all you folks do. I will be coming back, as always.
It's a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. The rooms need some updating and it is not the cleanest place. Animals are allowed and there is a small store with a smoke shop in the main lobby which not many hotels have. The location is good near by many stores and restaurants. Not the worst hotel, and not the best. It is a unique stay and not for everyone. Great price and the service is good!
I’ve had multiple pleasant stays!! The staff is always really helpful and courteous. This hotel strives to meet expectations of every guest and is the most welcoming of ALL the hotels in the area. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything as well. We will keep coming back!
My experience staying here was great. Staff was very nice. Anything we needed we got it, with no attitudes very much respectful and polite. Especially from Deana she has been amazing and gone above and beyond for us. The Room we have is nice and spacious for my big fur baby , Bed was nicely made and clean. And i always checks my sheets and my mattress and i have no complaints at..
I could not say enough good about this folks. Everything was great,and the people were absolutely great people who really seemed to care more for comfort then money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the prices were more then fair. And it was within walking distance to anything that you would need.
